Breaking Stereotypes

Having being in many conversations about gender parity in the last few months, with family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances as well as strangers – I feel that we often think of gender parity as a one-sided discussion. I believe gender parity is beyond that – it is not just for women to have access beyond the traditional gender models roles but also for men to explore beyond the stereotypes. As the society evolves, it is our responsibility to redefine the male and female roles by breaking the stereotypes that Yang Liu explores in her book Man meets Woman.
